Our Firm
Burstalls Solicitors was established in 1946 by Mr. Bryan Burstall as a sole Practitioner and then Senior Partner until he retired in 1979 but remained an active Consultant until he died in 1986.

He was joined in 1968 by his son Mr. Hugh Patrick Burstall who in 1979 took over and remains Senior Partner.

The Practice started out life at Imperial Chambers, Bowlalley Lane, Hull. Additional premises were taken in County Buildings, Land of Green Ginger in 1956.

The Firm expanded in 1966 by moving to 11 Silver Street. 1978 saw the purchase of Ocean Chambers, 54 Lowgate, Kingston upon Hull and the Practice opened there on the 1 st January, 1979.

The Firm is an expanding Firm committed to retaining the personal services, skills and expertise upon which we have built our reputation.

Our objective is to offer an all round service to our community.

Our aim is to ensure that our Clients are able to receive independent specialist advice in the specific areas of the law that they may require.
We believe all Clients should receive a uniform quality high standard of care with their matters.
